Climate Change and Scotland’s Future – Flanders on Film

P1010008P1030960

Flanders Moss NNR

Back at the beginning of August, Flanders hosted a bit of filming from two young film makers who wanted to look at what impact climate change was going to have on Scotland’s environment.  Flanders was chosen as one of the sites to illustrate this and we were able to talk about the peatland restoration work on the Moss that was making Flanders Moss more resilient to climate change and also mitigating its effects by locking up carbon. The film is now finished and can be seen on the Explorers Stories website. Thought provoking and definitely worth a look.
